Stress and overwhelm are at an all time high in today’s world. It’s interesting because there is such a strong correlation between what we choose to consume (media, books, podcasts, etc… and how it affects our bodies. Especially the nervous system, sleep, digestion and immune system.
Most people I know pack their schedules full, constantly doom-scroll through their phones or are “news junkies”, then wonder why life remains so hectic, stressful and chaotic.
There seems to be a strong disconnect between habitually complaining on one end of the spectrum and the desire for destination addiction to rescue us from our very own predicament on the other side.
