PARTICIPANT WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Experience Acknowledgment

I understand this is a private, intuitive, and experiential session designed for reflection, emotional release, and personal insight. I acknowledge that any guidance or messages received are for personal reflection only and are not medical, psychological, legal, or veterinary advice.

Voluntary Participation

I am participating voluntarily and take full responsibility for my physical, emotional, and mental well-being before, during, and after the experience. I agree to communicate any relevant health concerns or limitations prior to participation.

Horse Interaction & Environment

I understand that working with horses involves inherent risks, including unpredictable animal behavior. I acknowledge this experience takes place in a natural outdoor environment that may include uneven terrain, weather, and environmental conditions. I agree to follow all safety instructions provided.

Physical Requirement

I confirm I am able to walk independently without the use of a cane, walker, or wheelchair. I understand this experience requires a moderate level of physical mobility.

Release of Liability

I release and hold harmless the facilitator, property owners, and any affiliated parties from all liability, claims, or damages related to my participation. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with this experience.
